Join our 12 days adventure trip in South-Africa and discover with us the beautifull nature during a 3 days hiking trip in Drakenberg, and a 4 day hiking trip from Coffee Bay to Bulungula walking next to the Indian Ocean.

Program
Day 1
Arrival in Durban, welcome by the team/organisers, get to know your fellow adventure friends and travelling together by bus to Drakenberg (approximately 2h driving from Durban). More information on Drakensbarg you find here!
Check-in in hotel + dinner and first information of the next days, procedures and technicalities.
Welcome evening.
Day 2
Getting to know each other and a scootour trip. Introduction in the hiking trip, discovering the environment, setting up coaching questions/challenges.
Day 3
Day hike + after comming back, great evening with local spceialities and update on the next hiking days.
Day 6
Transfer to Coffee Bay (around 5-6 hours from Drakenberg) + installing, a nice diner for welcome us and last update on the upcomming 3 days hiking trip.
Day 7-8-9
3 days Hiking From Coffee Bay to Bulungula.
Day 10
Discovering Bulungula + optional activities.
Day 11
Transfer to Port Shepstone, diner and farewell party.
Day 12
Goodbye and transfer to Durban Airport.
Participation fee : 1495 euro
Included : local transport from meeting place in Durban to Drakenberg starting lodge (and back from Shepstone on last day to Durban), hotel in Drakenberg for 2 nights, all food and accommodation as well as all local transport in South-Africa is foreseen. Entrance fees to Drakensberg National Parks and Coffe Bay, materials are included for possible coaching and guiding sessions during your whole trip. Loding in Bulungula and Shepstone (on basis of lodge conditions).
Not included : your travel to Durban in South-Africa (and back), transport costs from the airport of your arrival towards the central meeting place in Durban, extra days of your stay in South-Africa, drinks and food outside of the organised program, touristic adventure offers during the trip which you would like to do (on your own expenses), travel insurance, private expenses, visa costs for entering South-Africa (if needed).

2. Pay your first part of the registration fee : 900 euro with the following payment subscription: “YOUR NAME + SOUTH-AFRICA TRIP 22 April - 3 May ‘19”.

3. As soon as we have received your on-line registration and your pre-payment, your place is reserved in the group.
4. By 1 February 2019, 2nd payment of 595 euro on the same account with payment subscription: “PART 2 - YOUR NAME + SOUTH-AFRICA TRIP 22 April - 3 May ‘19”.5. Your place is now definitively booked! You will receive from us a confirmation mail with the definitive booking and an invoice!
Practical details of the meeting place in Durban, as well as what to bring with you for material, you will receive by the beginning of lay '19.
This trip can be done by everybody who has a basic health condition. Since the hike will be done in group, very sportive and competitive persons will not find their challenge !
Tip: Hiking with walking sticks can be helpful especially uphill.
Everybody is responsible to arrange his/her own travel insurance. We recommend to buy a full option travel insurance when booking your travels to South Africa. Before arriving in South Africa, we need from you a copy/scan of our travel insurance.
Example of a travel insurance is : https://www.europ-assistance.com. Most booking sites offer also travel insurance when you book your flights to the country of destination.
International passport for entering South Africa (some countries need only an ID-card) and/or a visa. Please check beforehand which documents are necessary for you to enter South-Africa.
If you cancel your participation after registration the following costs will be deducted from your pre-payment:
- Before 1th January ‘19 : 40 % of 900 euro.
- Before 1th February‘19 : 50% of 900 euro.
- Before 1th March‘19 : 60 of the total payment
- Between 1th and 21th April '19 : 100%
